Do not miss these highlights:

01:19 Whitespace sounds kind of counterintuitive to what we’ve taught regarding high

productivity.

01:36 Your best thoughts are going to come when you are not trying so hard.

01:55 There is so much opportunity in optimizing and streamlining. When you think of

scalability, it’s not necessarily doing more. It’s actually doing less but better.

02:53 There are at least four signs that will serve as an indicator if you are ready to take your

business to the next level.

06:18 First sign is if you are able to attract and enroll clients in some sort of rhythm.

08:18 If all the fundamentals are in play and you feel confident in yourself to bring clients

through the door, that is one sign you’re ready to scale.

09:14 The second sign is your clients are getting results.

10:06 You should 100% prioritize the delivery of your offer. Make sure that it is matching what

your people need and that the expectations are aligned and proven.

11:04 Part of scaling an offer means streamlining it so that you can put more people through it

and still preserve those results and that’s what we help you do in Launch Like A Queen.

12:42 An infinite part of the business is to have a whole team dedicated to the client’s

experience, success, and results.

13:40 Example is the people that come in Launch Like A Queen. They’re busting out of the

seems because they’re so fired up by their client results.

13:48 The third sign is going to feel a little bit counterintuitive, but it’s absolutely one of the

symptoms of growth and scalability. It is your revenue either plateauing or declining.

15:08 It’s gonna feel like your time and energy is split in so many different ways. So

momentum feels slower and the symptom of this is a plateau or a decline.

16:53 Now naturally, when you start moving from growing to scaling, you will see some dip in

revenue, but not a lot. It’s taking into account sustainability.

17:27 The last and fourth sign is a little bit more of an energy thing and a little bit more of a

mindset.

19:02  From a quote it says, entrepreneurship is 5% timing, 5% idea, 10% talent, and 80% not

stopping. That is legit so true.

02:17 In Lunch Like A Queen, we meet women that have these things really checked off and

they’re ready to take their business to the next level.

21:56 We want to help you define what your category of one niche is and how to design that

scalable offer so you can help more people and also, streamline your services so you’re not

burning out.

22:37 Let’s talk about the two things that you need to accept to be true in order to then decide

and commit to that journey of scalability and growth.

23:04 The first thing is having a clear vision.

24:43 Thankfully, this is something that I’ve been really good at having for myself, and also

creating for others because it’s been my North Star now.

25:56 The second thing that you really have to accept to be true and also get clarity around is

the fact that when you start to scale, it requires infrastructure.

28:06  When I think about growing my business now without my team, I wouldn’t even want to

do it.

30:33 If you want to do things you’ve never done before, you have to think in a way you’ve

never thought before.

31:49 There are going to be seasons where it’s going to feel a little bit less clear about what

your next direction is.

33:52 When you’re gearing up to scale and you’re thinking about that next level, it’s likely

you’re also already being prepared for it and you don’t even know it.

35:06 It’s really less about external and more about the internal growth that’s happening. When

you see that, what happens is you now grow inside first, and then the external will match that.

35:49 In Launch Like A Queen, one of the most important things we can do for you is keep you

on that straight and narrow path and help you build the system.

37:50 I want to invite you to apply to Launch Like A Queen. Again, we can’t accept all

applications. We have a very finite limited number of clients that we can take on per month

40:17 This is a rinse and repeat and the exact system you’ll need to grow to multiple six or

seven figures, and have that rhythm and the cadence and the vibrancy in your business.

42:37 We’re still accepting clients into our 10k Content Collective, where we help you do those

basic level things in the most miraculous way. The results that are coming out of that program

are literally insane.

Kinsey Machos:

Welcome to Captivate and Close. I'm Kinsey Machos, business consultant and marketing strategist. And I'm going to show you how to attract and enroll high-paying clients using my break through online marketing strategies, all without having to rely on complicated funnels, disingenuous clickbait, or spammy sales tactics. These are the messaging marketing and selling secrets that virtually no one is talking about. So let's dive in. Hey, you welcome back to another episode,

Kinsey Machos:

I am. So excited to be here with you this afternoon. Or whenever you are tuning in, I am just in the thick of creativity. I am like high energy high octane. It is summer though. And also, what's really cool is I have been really taking the time to give myself more whitespace. And that whitespace has given me so much clarity, it's really, really, really incredible. So if you don't have whitespace, just to think I strongly encourage that it sounds kind of counterintuitive to what we're used to being taught of like high productivity, fill your calendar with all the things, but actually one of the skills that you have to develop is how to be with your thoughts. And your best thoughts are going to come when you are not trying so hard. It's a very hard lesson that I've had to learn the hard way. So all that to say I have a really fun discussion for you today. And maybe it's not as fun. But when we think of scaling a business, this is something that I think is super fun, because there is so much opportunity in optimizing and streamlining. And when you think of scalability, it's not necessarily doing more, it's actually doing less but better. And I will make sure to I'm going to do a separate conversation around growing versus scaling. Because I think scaling is very confused by many. And with my background, especially in business and corporate IT in marketing, it's really important to understand that there's a very big difference. And so there is going to be a discussion around four signs, you're ready to scale. And I'm actually going to give you an additional two things that actually need to be in place in order for you to scale and are kind of like a pulse check into like, is this something that you actually want, because it comes as part of the territory of scale. But these three, or at least four signs are going to give you an indicator is like, are you ready to take your business to the next level, and not just do more of what you're already doing. But significantly increase your impact your income and your influence in the industry without having to necessarily increase your input, do more. And so I think it's really helpful to do an assessment on yourself on your business, even on your desire some people, even though they may say they want it, they actually don't want some of these things that come with scalability. Nobody prepared me for what scaling really meant. And I wish that I had this knowledge and this information. When I was gearing up for it, I could have probably eliminated a lot of pain. Not all of it, but some of it and been a little bit more prepared. And so this is what this conversation is for as a way to prepare you. And to be also do a gut check as far as like, are you ready for that next season. And what's even cooler is if you decide after this conversation that you're not, now you have a more specific focus, because I see too many women trying to take on too many things at once. And trying to go too fast. And so it actually has the opposite effect, we lose steam, you lose momentum, and then you stall out. And so what's cool is after this conversation, if you are like oh I'm not ready to scale, now you know what not to focus on and you can get to work on doing the things that are going to move the needle in your business. Alright, so let's talk about the four signs that you're ready to scale. And also the two things that need to be in place once you've kind of decided okay, I am ready and also Am I willing to accept these things? I think also in context what I want you to consider is scaling again is next level growth. Okay, we We are increasing the output, meaning we want to really see more results on the other side of our work. So if you are putting in 30 hours of work into your business, and your revenue is 500k, and you are impacting, say, 100 people through that, I don't, that math probably doesn't pan out, but stick with me. And you want to go to say 2 million. Now, also in context to this, just making sure that we understand this meaning behind scale. So you are wanting to increase your revenue, increase your reach or increase your impact, let's say you are making 50k Now, and you want to leap to 200k, and also double the amount of people that you're able to help, but you don't want to increase, say, your 30 Hour Work Week, then that's what scaling means, right? We're not increasing the input per se, we're not increasing the amount of hours we work or increasing what we have to do to get more of an increased output increase result. And so really keeping that into context, and making sure to revisit at the growing versus scaling if you haven't already. So let's talk about the four signs. First sign is that you are able to attract and enroll clients. This is super obvious, but it's actually really fascinating how many people want to say Quantum Leap, quote unquote, Quantum Leap their business or want to go to that next level when they don't even have the basics of marketing and selling. If this is you, it's really important to go back to foundations making sure you have a dialed in message you're selling something people actually want and your content and your sales calls are converting. Now I'm not even going to say consistently, because I think consistency as far as results go is sort of overrated in our industry and is overrated in business, there is always going to be an ebb and flow in your revenue month to month. And so the goal is never to always have consistency week to week or month to month, but rather reliability and predictability. And so if you zoom out, and you are able to attract and enroll clients in some sort of rhythm, that is one sign that you are ready to go to that next level and scale. And so what I don't want you to think is like, well, it's not consistent enough. And consistency, again, when we think of the ups and downs of what that looks like there is always going to be seasons of ups and downs. And so making sure that you look at this more again, at that full picture, and really assessing, am I able to bring leads in and convert leads into clients? Okay, and how do we do that? Well, we have a compelling message, right, we have compelling content, and we're able to typically, in this scenario, hopefully you guys are doing sales calls and not trying to sell off of a sales page, if you are, you know, under 100k, or multiple, six figures. And so if all those things are in play, and you feel like you have it down to a degree where you feel confident in yourself to bring clients through the door, awesome. That is one sign, you're ready to scale. Now these other things have to be in place, okay, so it's not like, oh, I have one of these four things. So I'm ready, it actually all has to be in place in order for you to effectively move to that next level. Now, again, you could try to scale with sort of a janky foundation, but I'm telling you, it will cost you money, it will cost you time it will cost you so much pain more than it needs to. And so I do this out of love and not to make you feel like you're behind the curve or anything like that. Because to be honest, you guys, when you can grow as far as you can grow without needing to quote unquote, scale, you can create incredible success. Okay. And so just keep that in mind. Now, the second thing is your clients are getting results. Okay, this, again, might feel obvious, but it's really fascinating. When people want to even grow their business without really taking time to look at their offers, is it producing results for your clients. When we try to scale an offer that is broken? It will wreak havoc on your reputation, maybe not right away but down the road. And if you've ever been a part of a program or experience or even had a service that was done, that you were like this was not a what I expected or be the experience that I desired. What happens right what happens Not only do you not come back as a customer or a client, but you talk about it with other people. And your reputation is really, really important as you scale. And again, not that you're going to make every single person happy that comes into your ecosystem, but you should 100% Prioritize your delivery of your offer, making sure that it is matching what people wanted, that expectations are aligned. And it's proven in a way that you are able to help them get what they want. Now the variation is going to look so differently, right, we have clients that come in and get variations of results in accordance to write very unique desires, their unique business models, their unique input and output. But ultimately, what we want to do is make sure that those expectations are set, and that it is able to get clients results, we cannot scale an offer that is not really, really dialed in now part of scaling an offer means streamlining it so that you can put more people through it, and still preserve those results. And that's what we help you do in launch like a queen. But what we want to just assess here is, am I able to get clients results, boom, right? If not, then we just continue to fine tune that piece. It's one thing to be really good at something or know something right to be an expert at something, it's another thing to be able to take that information that knowledge and translate it in a way to other people in a way that is a it resonates and be it drives action. And even furthermore, the right action. Right? And so if we haven't figured out how to that, like that translation process, if you will, that's what we want to keep testing and tweaking. Now, that's part of the process. So don't feel discouraged if you are like, Oh, I'm still not there yet, or are feeling like your offer isn't doing that. That is no scientists stop doing what you're doing. It just means that you want to pay attention to it. Right? And instead of feeling like you need to put all your energy and time into marketing and selling the offer, what would it look like to really figure out what would it look like to even delegate that is the ultimate journey of business ownership, right? When

Kinsey Machos:

we think of that client experience, and that claim delivery, we're always fine tuning it. So it's not even a one stop destination. It's an always it's an infinite part of your business, right, we have a whole team dedicated to our client experience and our clients success and our client results. Right now, it might just be you, you and or a VA. And so it is something to really understand that it's important, right, and it's not talked about enough, because you see a lot of marketing and selling out there that's like, let's just get you more clients, let's just, you know, get you the machine, let's get you the selling the content, whatever. But there's very little talk about what it looks like to deliver on a result that you are promising in the first place and what that actually means and we work with you inside of one try to clean on that. But this has to be in play, if you feel confident is like okay, the clients that are coming in are getting results and the people that come in to launch like a queen. They're like freaking busting out of the seams because they're so fired up by their clients results. And that's definitely a sign that you're ready to take your business to that next level. Now the third sign, and this is going to feel a little bit counterintuitive, but it's absolutely one of the sort of symptoms of growth and scalability is actually your revenue is either plateauing or declining. So this is likely because you are doing all the things. And so now your time and energy is split. And so where previously you were gaining momentum, now it might feel like you're burning the candle at both ends, right? Because you're starting to have to fulfill more in your business as a solopreneur. And so it's like you're wearing the marketing hat, you're wearing the sales hat, you're wearing the delivery hat, and with this means now you are doing more, which means it's likely you're not staying in your zone of genius and so everything is going to feel slower and so your revenue is going to suffer as a byproduct of that. The other reason why this happens also is because you're also at capacity, right? If you're taking one on one clients or let's say you're even you have a group coaching program, but it's still taking up so much of your time. You don't have the time needed to work You know, on the business versus in the business, and so the clientele slows down, lead gen slows down. And again, it's gonna feel like your time and energy is split in so many different ways. And so momentum feels slower. This symptom of this is a plateau or a decline. Now again, there's always going to be seasons of this idea of plateauing or declining, right, we have ebbs and flows of the revenue. But when it's a symptom of the behavior of, again, doing too much splitting hairs by yourself, we know that you are ready to go to that next level, by building in the systems in the infrastructure to grow with you. It's really, really important that you continue to understand what is your zone of genius, where are you working the best in your business, and also what is taking up most of your time, that shouldn't be. And this is part of scalability, because you have to learn how to start delegating, I'm going to talk about that here in a minute. But this is a huge indicator that people are ready to scale, because it's also a point of confusion, because you're gonna hit this like huge wave of momentum, I remember when I hit my first six figures in like 11 months. And I was like, going balls to the wall, I was like, oh, a millions coming around the corner. You know, it's, it's all uphill from here it was, it's all like I am on top of the world. And I was like, kind of slapped in the face a little bit because I didn't realize what was needed to go to that next level. And so when I started to increase my input, in order to increase my output, I was spinning my wheels. And so as a result, I did see the the revenue slip. Now naturally, when you start moving from growing to scaling, you will see some dip in revenue, but not a lot. And it's it's really taking into account sustainability. And like growth in a way that really is healthy. And so that's okay. But when we think about who you're operating as in all the hats that you're wearing, this is really important to consider. And that it's likely time for you to actually have an infrastructure versus you being a solopreneur. So that's the third thing. Now the last and fourth sign is a little bit more of an energy thing and a little bit more of sort of this of a mindset. And it's so important to be called out because ultimately, if you don't have this, it will, you will lose steam. Okay, so just to recap, the first thing is that you're able to attract and enroll clients in your business, okay? Again, I'm not going to say consistently, but when you look at sort of big picture, there's enough rhythm in there that you see some you see an over all revenue incline. And you feel confident in yourself to be able to market and sell your offer. Second thing is that your offer actually gives clients results. Thirdly, you are seeing a revenue either your revenue either plateau or decline. Now the last thing is that you have this really intense fire in your belly. Now, like I said, when we have people come in to launch like a queen, or even our Higher Level Mastermind, they have this really intense fire that's like I am so ready for that next level, they have the claims coming in, their confidence is through the roof. And they are like ready to take it up a notch. And I think this is really important. Because if you don't really have that, but you have all of the other three things, it will feel really hard because going to that next level, when we think of growth versus scalability, it will require some grit, I saw a quote the other day that was like, you know, entrepreneurship is 5% timing 5% idea 10% talent and 80% not effing stopping. And that is legit, so true. And we think about never giving up and having that grit and that tenacity, and that hunger for success that will fuel you this strategy is important, but it's less important than having the desire to really go to new heights. When you're doing things you've never done before and you're becoming this bigger and bolder version of yourself. It's not exactly rainbows and unicorns. And I think people have this idea that it's like, oh, once I reach this level of success, it's all going to be glorious and amazing, but it's actually with every new level is a new devil and it requires more emotional and mental capacity and the commitment to yourself and your vision and your your team and your company. And if you don't have that, you will fizzle out. And so ultimately, that forced time when you have that fire in your belly, and you're freaking hungry for that next level, girl, it's time to buckle up. Because

Kinsey Machos:

you know, you're absolutely ready. In lunch like a queen, when we meet women where they are, and they have these things really checked off, and they're ready to take their business to the next level. What I also know to be true, is that they are ready to kind of go through this reinvention type of experience. Like if you've ever felt that in a place where you're feeling kind of at the brink of a breakthrough, and you're starting to see yourself differently, your confidence levels are up, you're really excited to come to the market with more of your brilliance and kind of move out of yourself as the secrets like if you ever have felt like you're the best kept secret, oh my gosh, like, I have that feeling every time I'm going through sort of these, like quantum leaps is like, it sounds a little bit, quote unquote braggy. But it is that feeling of like more people need this more people need to know me more people need to experience this. It's this very potent energy of oh, what is like almost feeling afraid of what's next, but all good things. And so when you think about looking, and assessing yourself and your business and where you're at and your desires, and you check those four boxes, just know that it is an exciting time, and also get ready for the ride. And that's something that we want to help you do in launch Like a queen, we really want to help you define what your category of one niche is and how to really design that scalable offer. So you can help more people, but also streamline your services. So you're not, you know, burning out and filling your calendar with more, you know, private calls or whatever that looks like. And then turning that into a marketing machine where you can attract even enroll clients by the dozens and start to see those quantum leaps, not just seeing your revenue, but your reach. And also that internal growth. If you're somebody that's like, I want my revenue to match my level of expertise, like this is the container for you. Now let's talk about the two things that you need to accept to be true in order to then decide and commit to that journey of scalability and growth. And this is something that you don't necessarily have to have. But it is something that you need to check into and either seek guidance around or get clarity around because it's not, again, it's not talked about enough. And the first thing within that is having a clear vision. Now this again, likely you may not have yet or it's a little fuzzy, or you really haven't even been asked the right questions to determine what the vision for your company in your life is to really solidify that but without a clear vision that fires you up. And in fact, if your vision doesn't scare you, it's not big enough, it's not crystal enough. But without that vision, you will lose the game of scaling. And you will fizzle out no doubt. The Vision anchors you the vision keeps you going the vision keeps that grit and that hunger alive. And because scaling a business is no easy feat. You have to be able to ground to that bigger picture. And most people again haven't even been guided in this realm to be able to really articulate what their vision is and see it so clearly, that it keeps them moving in the right direction, right? It keeps them they can drown out the distractions. When things feel hard. They're less likely to give out like there's all these things that are tied to the meaning of vision. And it unfortunately, there's too many people that are swimming around in entrepreneurship without that anchor, and it makes things so hard. Thankfully, this is something that I've been really good at having for myself and also creating and others because it's been again my North Star now your vision evolves, it grows. It shifts but ultimately it is the thing that holds you back together. And so if you don't have a vision, yet, or you haven't really been able to anchor to something that feels aligned with you, that is something that you have to get clear on before you take this journey of scale, and launch like a queen, we help you really solidify that and define that. And we extract it out of you so that we can also hold you accountable to that. Because I also don't want to build a custom marketing and launch strategy for you. Without even knowing your vision, everybody has a different vision for their business. And without us knowing that we will be doing you a huge disservice in the guidance and mentorship that we provide you. But regardless whether you come in to our programs, or you go out and try to scale on your own, or whatever, making sure that you take the time and and create the space for yourself to really, really complete that full picture for yourself. Now, second thing that you really have to accept to be true, and also really get clarity around is the fact that when you start to scale, it requires an infrastructure, not just converting offers not just volume of clients, not just more revenue, but also leadership and team. And I find that people hold on to the power and the control so much longer than they need to, and it keeps them stuck. So if you aren't willing to delegate, and you aren't willing to manage a team, it's going to completely shift the direction of your business and the model of that business. And I get it, one of the things that I had a huge realization around, when I had my big, it was probably like my second quantum leap in business, when I started really shifting into more of a leadership role is that leading a team is so much more challenging than anything else, like it makes everything else feel so much easier, you know, getting clients making money, that shit is so easy, compared to the I don't want to say challenges, but the trials and tribulations that you'll experience as a leader of a team. And I remember saying to my girlfriend, you know, this had to have been, oh man, a year and a half or so go when I had to start building, you know, processes around even like hiring and also, you know, firing and it was so painful. And I remember saying to her, I was like, I don't know, if I'm cut out for this, I don't know, if I actually want to grow as big as I want, as I thought I wanted to grow. Because this team shit is hard. And, of course, it was a very emotional driven, you know, statement. And, you know, getting on the other side of that season, I realized like, this is actually where I'm being called to show up the most and where I can have the most impact. And now when I think about growing my business without my team, it's like, I wouldn't even want to do it. My team gives me so much life. And when you do it well, and you have people on your team that basically love your mission, the mission of the business more than you do. It is the most rewarding thing I've experienced in my career. And yeah, it's really, really hard. And especially if you're somebody that's like, I'm not even willing to invest in a VA, or I'm not willing to delegate, you're gonna have a really hard time. And ultimately, even though you have all the four things, you won't be able to scale because you're just going to have to increase your input, which will burn you out. Right? If you aren't willing to delegate and step into that leadership, seat, that leader role, you will never grow beyond your own capacity. And that is putting a ceiling on your potential. And so it's important to accept that this is part of that journey. And yes, is it scary hiring somebody, even if it's a contractor? Absolutely. We see this all the time in our clients, they become so full and capacity and busy that they have to hire their first EA or their first VA. And it's a big responsibility that comes with that but with big asks come that big responsibility and you have to be willing to show up for that. We have a leadership consultant who's a part of our team who works with our mastermind claims and she's taking them through these series called How to become a CEO and it sounds I think, very cliche, I

Kinsey Machos:

think you see this a lot but if you are in that season, you know you know that that is exactly what is the transition from so solopreneurs slash coach slash, you know, fly by the seat of my pants to an actual CEO who's thinking like a business owner. And some of the things that she's bringing up, are really blowing their minds. It's like I've, you know, never thought about my business like this. And that's what will be required of you, when you think about scaling to that next level, whether again, you are growing or just scaling, whichever, you will be required to think differently. Because if you want to do things you've never done before, you have to think in a way you've never thought before. It just is what it is. What got you here was everything you know, to be true at this very moment, how you think how you behave, the patterns, the habits that you have got you here, and some of that will carry you forward. But a lot of it will not, and what will carry you forward, you don't even know yet. And so that's why it's so important to really immerse yourself in the right containers in the right mentorship in the right communities, in the right knowledge and the right training, so that you can make that journey a little bit more simple. Now, I'm not going to tell you that it's always going to be easy, because that's just not how it is. But can it be simple? Can you allow yourself to feel supported? Can we help you shortcut that some of those pain quarters, if you will, absolutely. And when the fire in your belly is greater than the fear that is staring you in the face, right? You know, it's time now, one of the things that I really want to hold space for you is, there are going to be seasons, where it's going to feel a little bit less clear about what your next direction is. I've been in those seasons, I'm just coming out of one. And every time I'm in them, I know that there was a reason for that season. But whatever you do, you can not stop. And even if it means slowing down, or creating more whitespace, to think through things, you have to really, really step into the responsibility that you have to your business. And even if you don't have a team yet, you have to continue to think in a way as if you did, right, if you had a brick and mortar business, that you had a responsibility to go in and open the doors for your team and for your clients. You can't just not show up. And I think any more an online business, especially as you're growing, it's too easy to say no, that day, and the excuses are going to be feel louder. And you're you know, there's this like trendy thing in the industry of like, well don't do things that don't feel good. That's a crock of shit. And ultimately, you have to keep moving forward. And sometimes that may mean just letting yourself be led and doing the things that you know work while also letting some of the other things come into play. But ultimately, what I know too is when I'm in more of that season, what might feel more unclear, it's actually, you know, God universe, whatever you believe, right, that higher power is actually preparing me for that next level. And naturally, I think by default, we kind of want to isolate or slow down or take a step back, or break things. But that is ultimately a season you're being prepared for. And so I just want to speak to that, because I think it is a very powerful transition. And when you're gearing up to scale, and you're thinking about that next level, it's likely you're also already been prepared for it and you don't even know. And now that I've mentioned that, you'll probably start to see signs and you'll really start to see even some of the inner workings that have been coming up for you that are, you know, potential sort of flags, if you will, to continue to move and also to take that big leap. I think of the time that I first decided to start my business, and that was a big leap, and then to walk away from my cushy six figure salary, you know, my career that I've spent over a decade building, that was a big leap, I think about going you know, to six figures in 11 months and then making that next quantum leap. Like I have all these like monumental sort of quantum leaps is not just sort of the one time and then you're on the other side. I think entrepreneurship and growth and accelerated so Access. There's this these micro and macro sort of quantum leaps. And it's really less about external and more about the internal growth that's happening. And when you see that what happens is you actually grow inside first and then the external will match that. But if you try to do it the other way around, that's when we start to become a little bit disconnected from the truth. And we start chasing things that you know, don't matter, we start to believe the lies and the limiting beliefs that come up. So it's really important to pay attention to that in launch like a queen, I think that's one of the most important things we can do for you is really keep you on that straight and narrow and help you build the system, right. So the strategy allows you to fall back on the strategy is simple, and have the safety net, the strategy is like the safety net. And then what happens is when you start to have more of that inner growth, and you start to transform, not just outside, but inside the strategy, it becomes non negotiable, you have the exact clear path of what you need to be doing, and who you need to be showing up as and the non negotiables each day to create that rhythm and that cadence as you're scaling. Again, because there's no question, it's black and white strategy is black and white. And then right, as you are really starting to Quantum Leap inside me think about that. It's like massive changes happening inside, it's going to feel a little uncomfortable, but we hold space for you, right, we really walk you through that we hold space for you for our entire partnership together, meanwhile, implementing this strategy, so you don't get distracted. Because this is where people are the most vulnerable, right? It's when you're just getting started. And when you're in that first season of scale, hands down, and you've already made it over the first hump of getting started and getting the momentum you've gotten. And so don't stall out. Now, this next season is bigger and better. So amazing. The growth that you experienced on the other side of that is one of the most rewarding experiences I've ever had. And when you actually see the light at the end of the tunnel through that season, you'll understand what you're capable of. And it's really almost overwhelming. But it's so exciting and incredible. And so I just urge you to really lean into that. And if you are in a season where you're getting ready for that next breakthrough, and you're ready to really bring more of your brilliance to the marketplace and starting to help more people and amplify your revenue in such a way that feels exciting. I want to invite you to apply to launch like a queen. And again, we can't accept all applications, we have a very finite limited number of clients that we can take on per month due to the high touch nature of the experience and the service that we provide. But we walk you through our unique method for really claiming yourself as that category industry leader in your particular niche. If you don't know what that is yet, obviously that's what we help you define. Usually sense again, when we think about those four things that qualify you as somebody that's ready to scale. Part of that is been niching down and really, really starting to clean your space in more specificity.

Kinsey Machos:

It's kind of interesting, because naturally, people think that as you grow, your message gets broader. And I think there is eventually maybe a time for that. But what we're seeing in the industry now is that it's actually opposite. And there's actually a quote or a statement in the book that I just read that 10x is easier than 2x, which is literally mind-blowing. I cannot. It has changed me in so many ways. And I'm excited for to be able to share more of what's come even from the AHA that I had from that experience. I feel like that book took me on an incredible experience. But anyway, he talks about the 10x thinker, is willing to go more nuanced and solve a more specific, niche problem. And that is no doubt that is really when you think of scale, you're starting to really get known for something more specific and build more of that momentum. And so that you can eventually Yeah, perhaps zoom out when you think of like the value ladder and where you're meeting your potential clients. But when you want to increase in volume, right, so more clients, helping them get bigger results. You do this through a level of specificity that you haven't experienced yet. And so that's part of what we do. And then we think about what is the offer that does provide that At level of scalability, it doesn't have to be super scalable right away, but we want to at least see or help you see what that pathway looks like. And then we help you organically launch it with a marketing machine that can attract and enroll dozens of clients at a time. And this is a rinse and repeat. This is the exact system, you need to grow to multiple six, seven figures, and have that rhythm and the cadence and the vibrancy in your business. This isn't just about, you know, bringing a new offer to the market or streamlining your current offer or elevating the offer you have. It's also about doubling down on your core message and getting known for the thought leader that you already are just extracting more of that out, and aligning all of that with your messaging and your marketing and your selling. And it's very incredible. It's so special to us. So invite you to apply, we'll have the link in the show notes. But ultimately, I hope this served you well. And really helping you put into context, where you're at in your season of growth and scalability. And what's next for you. If those four things didn't quite hit you, where it's like, oh, I'm ready for scale. And you're kind of like, instead, it's like, oh, I'm definitely not ready for that next level. First of all, be honest with yourself. I think that's important. There's actually a lot of women I find that are ready for their next season of growth, but actually tell themselves they're not it's more of a mental thing is like I'm not ready. And we find that a lot of people come into our programs, and realize immediately they have this immediate gut reaction, like oh my gosh, I don't know if I'm ready for this level of marketing and selling. But looking back, it was like, Oh, this is exactly what I needed. So you're never going to feel 100% Ready for the level of results that you're actually asking for. I just want to like put that out there. But hopefully, logistically, strategically, you can kind of see through the lens of, yes, I'm ready for that next level, or no, I need to fine tune a couple of things. And so if that's you, if you're kind of in this, okay, I need to at least get my offer selling and get clients result, I want you to focus on the absolute basics, right simple offer, really learning how to be a great communicator through your content and your conversations and building your network. And mastering those basic level skills. It's what everybody wants to skip, because they're not super sexy, but you can not grow or scale on a foundation that isn't there period. And so you can't skip that. And at the time of this recording, we're still accepting clients into 10k content collective, where we help you do those basic level things in the most miraculous way. The results that are coming out of that program are literally insane. And they have been for the last year and a half. But at the time of this recording, we will not be opening enrollment for too much longer. And so get in while you can. And if that's not available to you, at the time that you're listening to this, I want you to just shoot me a message and just say, hey, Kinsey, here's where I'm at, I'm not ready to scale. But we'd love some insight onto you know, into XYZ, we want to make sure that you have everything you need to grow and scale, we have a plethora of free resources that are better than probably any paid resources that you have. We have old recordings of you know, events around finding your high-ticket niche around content that converts everything. And we want to make sure that you have everything you need. And so you shoot me a message on Instagram @kinseymachos. Or you can email me and we'll include that link here in the show notes. But I don't want you to feel like you don't have the tools and the knowledge to grow to that next level wherever you're at in this season in business. So I hope you enjoyed this. See you next time.
